Our 3rd graders discovered where water sits in our natural environment. They concluded that slopes, angles, gravity, and absorption all play a role. They were great scientists!

Our 3rd graders engaged in a fun activity to practice their first long vowel spelling patterns. They are currently learning that words have to ālook right,ā not just sound right. Students marked squares with the spelling patterns and identified each long Aa pattern in the given words. They enjoyed jumping to the matching pattern and checking their work.
