Sports Physicals are scheduled for Wednesday March 8th at KMHS with Dr. Fuchs. Any student at KES or KMHS that participates in sports or may join a team in the fall is required to have an annual physical. Forms are available for pick up in each office or available on the RSU89 website -> Health Office -> Health Forms . The cost is $10 per student. All forms must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian. Please return signed forms and $10 before March 8th.
