Dear Parents/Guardians,
On October 16, 2026 we will be having our annual Influenza (Flu) vaccine clinic at the school for all students grades PreK-12. The clinic is free of charge and provided by Millinocket Regional Hospital.
In order to take part in this clinic, you will need to complete the enclosed consent form and return the form to school by Wednesday October 14th. This allows me to provide Millinocket Regional Hospital with accurate numbers for the clinic. Only students who have returned their consent form will be able to participate in the clinic on Friday October 16, 2026.
If your child attends PreK on M-T-W and you are interested, please call to arrange a time to bring your child in for the clinic.
Please contact the office to have the Influenza consent form sent home with your child.
